Job Summary
Floor Lead on the second shift in the warehouse, directing team members in core warehouse tasks (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory handling) and providing training/coaching, while monitoring workflow to meet daily production targets. Responsible for safety, SOP/compliance, quality, and using WMS/handheld scanners. Identifies bottlenecks, facilitates process improvements, maintains a clean, organized, and safe workplace, and collaborates across departments to ensure accurate and timely operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
