Job Summary
Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers while creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for new and returning clientele. Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary by maintaining a clean workspace and complete tasks assigned by management promptly. Develop sales and customer service skills through on-the-job training, utilizing basic math skills and computer knowledge for shift operations. This role requires open availability to work morning, mid, and closing shifts with a minimum of 30 hours weekly. Candidates must be willing to learn cannabis trends, maintain a positive attitude, and possess the physical ability to stand and lift 50 lbs daily.
Required Qualifications
- Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!
- Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
- Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
- Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
- Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Personal smartphone required. For iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later are required.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass a standard background check
- Undergo a fingerprint background check
