Payroll & Workforce Data Specialist - FTC

Reconcile Quinyx timesheet and scheduling data against actuals ahead of each pay run, catching discrepancies before they reach ADP. Own variable-hours data preparation including overtime, shift uplifts, and premiums through to processing. Set up and maintain Quinyx shift patterns, pay rules, and employee records while resolving payroll queries from frontline staff and managers by investigating root causes and explaining outcomes clearly. Identify and propose at least one process improvement to hours tracking or payroll data visibility. This 6-month FTC engagement sits between scheduling, operations, and payroll to ensure accurate variable-hours pay for Neko's UK clinical frontline staff, aligning systems with direct clinical care delivery.
