Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end payroll processing activities, including data inputs, validations, and outputs, while assisting in audits, reconciliations, and data validations. Analyze payroll data using Excel and Power BI to prepare dashboards, reports, and operational insights, identifying discrepancies and trends. Develop skills in Python, Power Automate, and automation tools to support process improvements and contribute to AI-driven use cases like Agentic AI. Participate in structured learning programs, cross-functional team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and SOP documentation. This entry-level role within Accenture's Payroll University prepares fresh graduates for global payroll delivery and automation roles.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Communications & Analytical Skills
- Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Finance, HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 0 – 6 Months Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
