Required Qualifications
- High school or GED plus five years of experience in HR/payroll or related field
- Experience utilizing HRIS
- Equivalent combination of experience and training providing required knowledge and abilities
- Ability to review and audit personnel transactions and salary calculations
- Ability to train and assist lower level HRIS technicians
- Knowledge of city code, policies, and procedures related to payroll and HRIS
