Job Summary
Payroll Support Coordinator responsible for accurate and timely processing of payrolls for assigned retail locations, acting as the regional payroll contact for Controllers and Department Managers. Responsibilities include processing payroll adjustments, auditing wage/tax and management reports, generating payroll audit reports, resolving payroll issues, auditing transactions for accuracy, reviewing and distributing payroll and management reports, maintaining associates’ pay plans, staying current on federal/state tax changes, and performing other related duties. Requires collaboration with internal customers, stores, senior management, teammates, and leadership. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree or relevant payroll experience (1+ year), Workday experience, proficiency with ADP/Paychex, attention to accuracy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, excellent organizational planning and time management, ability to handle confidential information, and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word). The role supports a fast-paced environment with a customer-service orientation and a focus on delivering accurate payroll in automotive retail settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience namely 1+ year in a related payroll processing environment (ADP, Paychex etc.)
