Job Summary
Oversees payroll processing objectives and supervises the payroll staff to ensure timely and accurate processing, data integrity, and compliance with complex payroll processes including incentives, garnishments, escalations, commissions, and shift differentials. Ensures compliance with union collective bargaining agreements; handles employee and operational escalations; supports payroll processors and analysts on complex incentive issues; responds to unions, tax authorities and other agencies; tracks metrics and KPIs; manages garnishment wage orders; leads disaster-relief payroll processing; provides technical guidance on payroll applications; creates complex ad-hoc reports; analyzes payroll data to inform field teams; develops sustainable training programs for supervisors, managers, and employees; leads process improvement projects; and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
