Job Summary
Process monthly payrolls end-to-end for clients accurately and on time, ensuring all deadlines are met. Ensure payroll actions comply with relevant legislation and contractual obligations. Provide advice to clients and the Wellers team, responding to payroll queries. Support clients with payroll reporting requirements. Calculate benefits and produce P11d's & PSAs, submitting them to HMRC. Assist with setting up new PAYE schemes and handling any payroll transitions. Set up pension schemes as required and manage all Auto Enrolment enquiries. Perform manual payroll calculations when necessary. Communicate with HMRC regarding any PAYE-related queries. Perform other related duties as required. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a competitive salary and a £500 welcome bonus following probation.
Required Qualifications
- undergraduate degree in a relevant subject
- experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- experience in auto enrolment administration
- experience within a multi-payroll / professional services environment
- right to work in the UK
- based within a reasonably commutable distance from your designated Wellers office
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant payroll qualifications (e.g. CIPP)
- BrightPay payroll software experience
