Job Summary
Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients by calculating wages, deductions, and benefits while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits, and building strong relationships through exceptional service. Utilize payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports for stakeholders, and investigate discrepancies or errors. Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and adjust processes accordingly. Both salaried and hourly positions are available for this remote role within a woman-owned, family-operated firm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or managed payroll services
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
