Conduct monthly payroll calculations, including bonuses, retirement funds, and pension processing. Submit year-end tax adjustments and payroll payment reports. Manage salary revision requests and handle social insurance tasks using the P3 system. Requires 2+ years of payroll experience and proficiency in Excel functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. This contract role supports TrendAITM's global security vision by ensuring accurate compensation for over 500,000 organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 株式会社ペイロールの給与計算システム(P3)の操作経験(目安2年以上)
- 給与計算実務経験(目安2年以上)
- Excelを用いたデータ処理・照合作業(中級程度:vlookup、ピボットテーブルの使用)の経験
Desired Qualifications
- 選択制確定拠出年金導入企業の給与計算経験があること
- 社会保険業務の実務経験があること
- 海外駐在者・グロスアップ給与処理の経験があること
- 英語を読むことに抵抗がない方
