Payroll Specialist delivering accurate, on-schedule, end-to-end payroll for assigned employee groups, maintaining audit-ready payroll files, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and timekeeping, and collaborating with HR, Finance, and Benefits to resolve pay-related questions while supporting payroll systems improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or related coursework plus hands-on experience)
- Working knowledge of payroll laws, payroll taxes, wage and hour compliance, and timekeeping/payroll systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
