Job Summary
Payroll processing for multi-state union and non-union employees under several EINs, including calculating wages, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and deductions; interpreting CBAs and applying union-specific pay rules; maintaining payroll records; ensuring compliance with FLSA, IRS, state/local wage laws, and union agreements; preparing and reconciling payroll reports and conducting audits; managing HRIS/payroll data (Workday, Equifax, etc.) and timekeeping inputs; coordinating with HR Partners on payroll inquiries and discrepancies; CPP or FPC credentials are a plus; occasional extended hours during payroll cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
