The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payrolls, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and correctly computing wages, benefits, and deductions. Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Understanding of payroll methods
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Criminal clearance from PA State Police and FBI fingerprint clearances
- Not excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, or any federal health care program.
