Job Summary
Senior Payroll Specialist responsible for managing and administering the company's Payroll shared services for APAC, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, compliance with legislation and company policy, and governance. Oversees monthly payroll activities, year-end processing where applicable, statutory contributions, employee benefits and reimbursements, and payroll dashboard reporting. Supports HR/payroll projects, data validation, and process improvements to improve day-to-day payroll operations. Requires strong Excel skills, experience with payroll/HR systems, and ability to deliver with high accuracy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of APAC payroll operation and administration experience
- Working knowledge of statutory legislation and procedures relating to payroll
- Experience withPayroll/HR systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with multiple APAC country payroll processing (Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia) preferred
