Job Summary
Payroll Specialist – APAC responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across APAC using CloudPay; multi-country compliance; liaises with payroll vendors and HR/Finance/Legal teams; prepares and files tax reports; coordinates year-end processes; responds to inquiries; supports analysts with audits and reporting; requires 3–5 years of APAC payroll experience, a Bachelor's degree, Excel and HRIS proficiency, and familiarity with APAC statutory requirements. This is a remote-first role based in the Philippines with flexible hours across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration — or equivalent professional payroll experience in lieu of a degree
- 3–5 years of multi-country payroll processing experience, preferably within the APAC region
- Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms; experience with CloudPay and/or PayAsia/Deel a strong plus
- Familiarity with APAC statutory compliance requirements across countries such as Australia, India, Korea, Japan, or Philippines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll reporting tools
- Willing to work in Flexible Hours (2 hours APAC, 2 hours EMEA, 4 hours US Time)
