Job Summary
Payroll Specialist will manage all payrolls, coordinating with Accounting and Human Resources. Responsibilities include processing monthly and bi-weekly payrolls, preparing payroll deduction spreadsheets, monthly payroll wire approvals, journal entries in Epic, inputting Producer Compensation Agreements in Epic, generating Paychex reports, and coordinating with staff. Also handles year-end benefit transitions, payroll benefit reconciliation, and maintaining payroll states. Requires strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities; proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Epic and Paychex; travel may be required for training or meetings. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, PTO. Education preferred: college degree or equivalent experience.
