Payroll Specialist - Manufacturing

Process payroll accurately and on time by managing timekeeping, overtime, and deductions using Dayforce. Maintain payroll records, ensure data accuracy, and review submissions for compliance with company policies and labor laws. Resolve employee payroll questions and discrepancies while partnering with HR and accounting to support payroll accuracy. Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits, applying knowledge of payroll taxes and wage calculations. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and stay organized to meet deadlines. Bilingual is strongly preferred.
