Job Summary
Payroll Specialist to perform day-to-day payroll processing, including timecard entries, travel vouchers, payment requests, check distribution, and processing of new hire paperwork. Responsibilities also include sending certified payrolls to general contractors, maintaining field employees' files, assisting with union key man agreements, processing EEO reports, and performing other administrative duties as needed. Requires proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), confidentiality, and solid organizational skills; 2-4 years of payroll experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with payroll functions and ability to handle a voluminous amount of paperwork
