Required Qualifications
- Experience in Polish payroll operations with end-to-end payroll processing in Poland
- Experience in multi-country or global payroll environments
- Understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and compliance
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in payroll ecosystems
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in asynchronous and globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with automation and AI capabilities in payroll
