Payroll Specialist

Payroll Specialist responsible for managing payroll definitions, codes, scheduling, and deductions to ensure accurate payroll runs. Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Workforce Administration and Global Mobility to align on data quality and secure consistent payroll outcomes. Create and maintain policy/learning materials, manage knowledge content, and extract/prepare internal reports. Perform pre-payroll and production activities, review third-party deliveries for corrections, and conduct post-run verifications to ensure data consistency. Generate reports for various units and third parties to close payroll cycles, uphold controls and governance, and stay current on legislative/regulatory knowledge (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, CFDI). Coordinate with Finance for documentation transmission to the general ledger, respond to payroll inquiries, prepare/reconcile payroll data for audits, and support process improvements in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.
