Job Summary
Run payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining a smooth, stress-free process for the team. Manage the creation, configuration, and maintenance of payroll and HRIS systems. This full-time, direct hire role includes Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts with a salary range of $32.00-$42.00/hourly. The position is part of a great business leadership and administration team located near Virginia, Minnesota, offering easy access to Lake Vermillion, city amenities, and outdoor recreation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of previous payroll experience
- Experience creating, configuring, and maintaining payroll and HRIS systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
