Job Summary
Maintain and distribute current employee information, policy manuals, and communications while running weekly and biweekly payroll. Become trained in SAP and Kronos to complete workforce transactions, verify payroll entries, and reconcile weekly deductions. Compile data from personnel records to prepare reports, validate timesheets, and manage attendance warnings and disciplinary actions. Update employee files to document personnel actions and provide information for payroll and other uses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalency
- 3-5 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility within Human Resources
- Good interpersonal skills
- 2-5 years' experience with Kronos software
- Ability to multi-task along with maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel
- HACCP
- Safety and Health Orientation
- General Lockout Procedure training
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a food production facility
