Job Summary
Process payroll by collecting timesheet data, entering records into databases, calculating overtime and deductions, and distributing checks while fixing processing errors. Maintain accurate employee files, track compensation rates, and perform periodic audits of HR documentation to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Answer employee and applicant questions regarding benefits, hiring processes, and policies, referring complex inquiries to senior staff. Provide clerical support to the HR department, assist with recruiting, new hire orientations, and special events like benefits enrollment and holiday parties. Requires an associate's degree, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

- Associate's degree in related field
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
