Payroll Specialist role focusing on accurate and compliant processing of payroll for all staff, with data integrity in the HRIS/Payroll system, handling wage garnishments and child support deductions, generating payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborates with HR, finance, and employees to resolve inquiries, supports regular data-entry audits, and applies firm policies and procedures while handling special projects and maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years payroll experience
- Workday payroll processing experience (preferred)
