Job Summary
Payroll Specialist at Hasbro leading multi-country LATAM payroll with Mexico as the primary focus. Own and execute payrolls across LATAM, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. Apply deep knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, local taxes) to calculations, filings, and reporting, and reconcile payroll results with general ledger postings. Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations, and Finance; participate in system testing, updates, and process documentation; support audits and evolving regulatory requirements. Drive process improvements and leverage technology (ADP Celergo, Workforce Manager, SAP) to enhance payroll delivery, accuracy, speed, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of LATAM labor laws and payroll regulations, with advanced expertise in Mexico payroll legislation and statutory reporting
- Experience with global payroll platforms such as ADP Celergo, ADP Workforce Manager, SAP, or similar systems
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in process redesign and automation (RPA, bots) to improve payroll efficiency
