Payroll Specialist

Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll using Workday Payroll, managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring compliance with regulations, and partnering with HR and Finance. Key duties include preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees, auditing employee payroll data, ensuring payroll accuracy, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with payroll tax compliance. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, knowledge of tax regulations, confidentiality handling, and proficiency in payroll software. A Bachelor's degree is required, or two years of related experience for each year of education, along with a minimum of four years' experience in payroll and tax functions.
