Job Summary
Conduct technical assistance to evaluate systems changes, ensuring efficient payroll transactions and resolving complex problems with creative solutions. Run system calculations, produce reports, and manage workflow for payroll processing while engaging in policy implementation and design. Process complex special payments such as bonuses and incentives under appropriate earnings codes and tax regulations. Provide customer service by responding to employee inquiries and perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and budget reporting. Lead moderate to high complexity projects supporting operational and strategic plans. Full-time role with no shift premium; based in Romania.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in payroll/HR administration, payroll processing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
