Payroll Specialist

Job Summary
Own end-to-end APAC payroll processing across assigned markets; manage employee lifecycle changes (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) with on-time processing; manage the full leaver process including final pay and deductions; serve as the go-to contact for payroll and tax queries via Ask HR; maintain high data accuracy across payroll systems (benefits, tax codes, records); identify gaps, flag risks early, and drive continuous improvements in payroll processes and controls; requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience (Mandarin a plus); offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience (preferably APAC/shared services)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and statutory compliance
