Job Summary
Execute pre-payroll and production activities for payroll processing across multiple business groups. Verify payroll runs, conduct post-run reconciliations, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Global Mobility to ensure data quality and compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, generate salary-related reports, and serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding deductions and benefits. Contribute to payroll policy, process documentation, and knowledge management while monitoring industry developments for efficiency improvements. Process payroll for approximately 4,000 full-time equivalents within a complex, partially international context.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting
- 3–5 jaar ervaring in payrollverwerking of HR-operations, bij voorkeur in een shared services of internationale omgeving en up to date kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Grondige kennis van payrollprocessen en oog voor detail
- Ervaring met werken binnen gestandaardiseerde processen, controles en governance-kaders
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als Engels, minimaal op B1/B2-niveau (ERK), in woord en geschrift
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met SAP als salarissystemen is een pré
- Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie
