Payroll Specialist, Colombia

Payroll Specialist responsible for executing payroll for employees across the US with multiple pay frequencies, meeting SLAs for payroll processing and reporting, validating payroll data across HRIS and payroll systems, and delivering accurate client payroll packages. Requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate inputs, support for billing inquiries, knowledge of state/local/country-specific payroll regulations (including PEO compliance), and the ability to operate in a high-velocity, globally-focused environment. The role emphasizes confidentiality, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management and organizational skills. Location-based in Colombia with remote work options; English fluency and strong communication skills are essential. The position reports to the Manager of Payroll and is part of Pebl’s global client service team.
