Payroll Specialist

Job Summary
Collect and validate new starter documentation, payroll tax forms, and bank details to prepare monthly international payroll inputs for submission to external providers. Liaise with People Operations, Benefits, and Equity teams to confirm contractual changes and variable payroll inputs, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Support the International Payroll team with ad-hoc activities, year-end tasks, and employee document requests via service desk tickets while maintaining relationships with global payroll providers. Enter payment data for bank approval and prepare payroll analytics reports post-processing. Requires English and Polish language proficiency, strong Excel skills, and 40% time on payroll input preparation with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- English and Polish speaker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivots)

- 40% Payroll Input Preparation - data gathering for submission to CloudPay
- 35% Payroll Analytics preparation and review of reports post payroll processing ready for approval
- 10% Responding to employee queries

- 10% Ad-hocs
- Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Polish Payroll Experience
- Experience working for a Global/International Company
- Knowledge of Polish legislations (Tax law etc)
