Job Summary
Resolve payroll-related issues and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. Process garnishments and child support orders in ADP Workforce Now, while assisting with wage verification and time card adjustments. Provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager and General Ledger, and contribute to biweekly payroll auditing. Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data. This detail-oriented role supports the BlueSprig team in delivering high-quality ABA therapy across 160+ centers, requiring strong confidentiality adherence under HIPAA and PHI standards.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
- Familiarity with payroll software/HRIS
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical mind and good math skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality; able to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and PHI standards
- Cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
- Must be a team player
- Creativity and patience
- Strong ethical standards and support the company values
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
