Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with payroll for Argentina, Mexico, and/or Chile
- Solid knowledge of payroll best practices and local compliance requirements
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proactive attitude to streamline and optimize workflows
- Customer-facing experience solving payroll questions for clients
- Fluent English communication
