Remote Payroll Specialist responsible for Global Payroll (GP) and EOR payroll processing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant calculations, filings, and reports; update and maintain payroll records in Remote platform and payroll software; manage Zendesk queue and serve as the main point of contact for payroll questions; build and maintain relationships with payroll vendors; continuously improve payroll processes and ensure data integrity across all payroll systems; requires several years of Belgium payroll experience, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and fluent English; location-independent with remote work from anywhere.
