Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist will process weekly hourly payrolls for all Ashley Companies and prepare related reports, including processing employee miscellaneous deductions, auditing driver trip packets, and making necessary data entry adjustments. The role requires coordination with offsite payroll departments and internal supervisors, answering inquiries regarding pay, and performing audits of information entered by the HR Department. Mandatory qualifications include an Associate Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience, and 6 months of payroll or general office experience.
