Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist role involves acting as the payroll subject matter expert on a 6-month payroll system implementation project using ADP Payforce and Workday. Responsibilities include translating legislation into payroll system design, managing user acceptance testing, and ensuring accurate payroll outcomes in collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors. The position requires strong hands-on payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, data analytical skills, and effective communication in a complex environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years' experience in a payroll/human resources environment
- Payroll or Finance qualification or equivalent
- Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to Advanced skill level
