Payroll Specialist - 30 hour week

Job Summary
Act as the primary internal owner for UK payroll activities, preparing and submitting input files to ADP for starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions. Validate ADP outputs by reviewing calculations, variances, and reconciliations before final approval, while maintaining payroll calendars and resolving errors. Manage employee lifecycle events including maternity leave, sick leave, and statutory pay impacts, and administer benefits such as private medical insurance and cycle-to-work schemes. Reconcile payroll deductions to finance postings and ensure compliance with statutory obligations. This 30-hour role involves two days in the London office with flexible start times.
