Job Summary
Join Vistra in various Payroll roles where you will handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll calculations and reporting. Positions include responsibilities from data input and processing as a Specialist to team supervision and client management as a Team Lead. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience in payroll and a strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial. Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent for Specialist/Payroll Associate (A1).
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in payroll fields with reviewing experience for Senior Specialist/Senior Payroll Associate (A2).
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in payroll fields with reviewing experience, client, and people management experience for Team Lead/Assistant Manager (A3).
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of payroll software is an advantage.
- Experience working in client service or SSC environment is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
