Payroll & Retiral Specialist

Job Summary
Manage end-to-end Payroll, Time & Attendance, and employee separation processes with a strong focus on retirement and retiral benefits. Execute assigned processes with accuracy and within defined timelines while maintaining high standards of compliance with legal and GE Aerospace policy requirements. Resolve complex processing issues and escalations for internal and external customers, and monitor trackers for various payroll, time, and benefits processes to ensure timely updates and accurate reporting. Manage third-party payroll and time providers to ensure seamless, compliant services, and proactively identify continuous improvements within assigned processes. Work collaboratively across Finance, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to support effective partnerships and solve complex issues.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English knowledge both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area
- Significant prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement in Payroll, Payment and Time & attendance, and/or Operations/Service-oriented environment, ideally in a multi-national organization
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries with comfort and efficiency

- Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll, Retiral, Payment and Time & Attendance
