Job Summary
Lead end-to-end payroll technology transformation projects including LMS 2.0, CPS, T&A, and the Payroll Platform, managing timelines, scope, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. Define business requirements, analyze processes, and design improvements in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. Execute data migration strategies, validate mappings, and ensure operational readiness for Go-Live. Plan and run User Acceptance Testing, define scenarios, and support stabilization. Drive change management initiatives, communicate with stakeholders, and facilitate the adoption of new operating models. Align Payroll, HR, Product, and Engineering organizations throughout the transition lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Payroll, HRIS, Program Management, or related fields
- Experience with system building, operations improvement, or transformation projects
- Experience with business requirement analysis and process design
- Experience executing cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building or operating Payroll, T&A, LMS, or HRIS systems
- Experience with Data Migration, UAT, or Go-Live
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering organizations
- Experience with Change Management or Process Transformation
- Experience executing global projects
- Experience using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
