Job Summary
Payroll Professional II responsible for end-to-end ANZ payroll processing using SAP ECC and SAP HCM/ECP, ensuring compliance with PAYG, Superannuation, STP, KiwiSaver, and local laws; duties include data validation, reconciliation, vendor management, reporting, tax filings, audit support, system improvements, off-cycle payments, and documentation; requires deep ANZ payroll regulatory expertise and hands-on SAP experience; collaborates cross-functionally to support global payroll and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of ANZ payroll processing experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM ECC (PY) or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Experience managing multi-state payroll and complex tax jurisdictions
- In-depth knowledge of ANZ Payroll laws and regulations
- Proficient in payroll reporting and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (multinational environments)
