Job Summary
Process weekly payroll for GEM Technologies, Inc. and Atlanta Home Theater using Paylocity, then prepare and import payroll journal entries into Sage Intacct. Submit weekly certified payroll reports via LCP Tracker and monthly union reports. File monthly Gross Receipts Tax returns for New Mexico and Sales & Use Tax returns for Tennessee and Georgia. Review W-2s for 401k and HSA limits. This temporary role (3-4 months, potential extension) supports federal initiatives with flexibility on hours, though Tuesdays are mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience processing weekly payroll
- Must be able to work on Tuesdays
- Experience preparing and importing payroll journal entries into payroll systems
- Experience preparing and submitting monthly union reports
- Experience preparing and filing monthly Gross Receipts Tax returns
- Experience preparing and filing Sales and Use Tax returns
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Paylocity payroll software
- SAGE Intacct experience
