Job Summary
Process and audit Team Member timekeeping and payroll data in compliance with company policies and MET forms. Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state, and local labor laws while validating deductions and reporting to stakeholders. Reconcile hours worked and earnings against payroll control documents, identify errors before transmission to the vendor, and resolve pay discrepancies. Prepare and distribute payroll reports for leadership and generate required governmental reports. Respond to Team Member inquiries and manage communications regarding stop payments, garnishments, and direct deposit returns. Complete reconciliations within established guidelines and monitor daily system notifications. HS graduate with 2+ years in full cycle payroll processing required; Workday or Dayforce experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HS Graduate
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle, multi-state and multi-FEIN payroll processing
- Outstanding mathematical, accounting and analytical skills
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong work relationships
- Ability to communicate cooperatively and effectively with others, organize workload, adapt quickly to change, maintain composure and make decisions in stressful situations, observe SLA's and stated deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Workday, Dayforce, Oracle or similar payroll systems
