Payroll Processing Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare, process, and audit bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy in timecards, deductions, and health insurance. Support client communications via calls, emails, and cases while resolving payroll issues and completing employer/employee requests. Review payroll transactions for accurate general ledger posting, reconcile monthly general ledger accounts including payroll tax and 401(k), and create detailed reports on leave balances, overtime, and retirement contributions. Assist with payroll manual updates, prepare quarterly and annual reports for federal and state authorities, and process fiscal year-end W-2 reconciliations. Participate in Workers Compensation and Payroll audits as necessary. Available to work nights and weekends occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstratable experience in payroll processing
- SAP ECP
- Available to work nights and weekends occasionally
