Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay groups and legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Own key components of the payroll lifecycle within local systems, including data validation, reconciliations, issue resolution, and final outputs. Administer pay components such as commissions, bonuses, equity transactions, and retroactive adjustments while maintaining SOX-compliant, audit-ready documentation. Monitor timelines to proactively escalate risks and respond to employee inquiries with accurate data. Identify process improvement opportunities to contribute to standardization and automation efforts. This role supports the Regional Payroll Manager within Veralto's HR Shared Services in the Czech Republic, a global leader in essential technology solutions managing water quality and product traceability.
