Job Summary
Payroll Operations Associate to support the end-to-end payroll process in Greece, ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation in compliance with labor and insurance legislation. Responsibilities include reviewing timesheets and attendance, responding to payroll inquiries, maintaining employee records, handling Ergani II transactions (new hires, terminations, contract amendments, overtime, and schedule changes), assisting with onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll documentation, preparing employment contracts, monitoring compliance with health and safety and employment regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to prepare payroll, headcount, and labor cost reports. Requires strong knowledge of payroll cycles and labor/insurance legislation, organizational and data-entry precision, and proficiency in MS Office with advanced Greek and English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Up to 5 years of experience in payroll processes
- Proficient user of payroll software, HRIS systems (preferably Epsilon-Pylon) and Ergani II System
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced business writing and oral skills in Greek and English
