Job Summary
Payroll Officer role (12-month fixed-term) based in Perth CBD focused on delivering a high-quality, customer-focused payroll service. Responsibilities include ensuring employee records are accurate, completing fortnightly payroll processing on time, providing guidance on leave, superannuation, tax, salary packaging, and terminations, applying policies and legislation for compliant payroll outcomes, and supporting continuous improvement. Requires experience in payroll processing, award interpretation, rostering/shift work, and timesheet management, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with payroll systems (SAP desirable) and Excel for data-driven insights. Required Qualifications
- Experience in payroll processing, including award interpretation, rostering/shift work, and timesheet management
