Job Summary
End-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume, multi-site hospitality payroll portfolio across Australia and New Zealand; maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with awards and EBAs; prepare and reconcile payroll reports and journals; respond to payroll queries; liaise with internal stakeholders and external bodies; assist with process improvements and payroll-related projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in full end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards and EBAs
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Chris21, Micropay, or similar)
