Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-5 years progressive payroll experience required
  • Multi-Site and Hospitality experience highly desirable
  • Hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Paycom highly desired
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour regulations
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and payroll software
