Payroll Manager

Job Summary
The Payroll Manager oversees and manages the end‐to‐end payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing for approximately 12,000 employees. This role requires expertise in Oracle and ADP, leading payroll staff, and collaborating with HR and Finance. Key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations, and maintaining internal controls. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of payroll experience with 2 years in a managerial role, and strong experience with multi-state payroll.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2+ years managing payroll operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and ADP
- Experience managing multi-state payroll
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a multi‐entity or large-scale organization
- Familiarity with integrations between Oracle and external systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
